COMPENSATORY ACADEMIC LOSS PROGRAM
- Re- Identification of slow bloomers after second Pre-Board exam.
- Comparitive result analysis of Pre-board exam 1 and 2.
- Identification of strength and weaknesses of the children and taking suitable measures
- Action plan followed by each individual teacher in their own respective subject.
- Revision of Pre-Board exam paper 1 and 2,CBSE sample paper (2023-24),other cbse sample papers and practice of different types of questions thoroughly.
- Conducting slip tests and analysing the results and taking suitable measures.
- Conducting PTM by attending the cases individually .
- Informing the parents to provide conducive environment so as to improve the academic performance of their wards .
- Advising the parent to provide healthy food and not allow them to have junk food and avoid taking the children to their native place or for attending family functions .
- Provision of motivational support and counselling the students from time to time
- Taking remedial classes during after school hours i.e from 03.00pm to 04.00pm.
- Counselling them to be regular to the school and complete the work in time Making them to understand the value of time
- Thorough revision of the topics which are easy and very important from the viewpoint of the board exam.
- Advising them to attempt all the questions and not to leave any question unanswered .
- Motivating the students to have Positive thinking and use time judiciously to improve their academic performance
- Conducting extra classes during gaps between Board exams.
